The Journal of Management and Business Sciences (JOMBS) seek to publish original, innovative, and high-quality papers that advance conceptual and empirical knowledge of Management and Administrative Sciences that addresses practices and researches for innovative and intellectual contents in the area of management as an international open access and double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) of Islamic University In Uganda.
Jombs aims at improving the quality of teaching and learning in business and management and championing transformation in business, management, procurement and public administration through research. It welcomes empirical and theoretical articles on the theory and practice of management and administration locally and internationally.
